College admissions, scholarships, and volunteer service opportunities are a few of the reasons why students sometimes need an official high school transcript. If you need an official high school transcript please follow the procedures below. 

(Before submitting an official transcript request form please be sure that an unofficial copy, which can easily be printed from Virtual Counselor, will not suit your needs) 

  1. Please accurately complete the online Alumni Transcript Request Form found on the bottom of this page.  (forms without a student ID number or alternat phone number will not be processed).
  2. Make the online transcript fee payment ($5)
**Please note that transcript requests made via email cannot be processed.
**Only one transcript will be printed with each paid request.


FEES 

**Each printed transcript  will cost $5 per transcript.  Payments can be made on the Somerset Academy Online Payment link.

If you do not recall your Somerset Academy student ID number, enter your 10-digit phone number in that field.


***CLASS OF 2011 and EARLIER, we cannot process your transcript requests. All transcript requests for the CLASS OF 2011 and EARLIER must be submitted to Broward County Records Retention.
